Our family had a really really nice stay during our visit at this quiet apartment so close to the restaurant and king Ludwigs castles. It was beautiful down to Hohenschwangau castle. We thoroughly enjoyed amicable and extremely friendly staff and host.

Liked most aspects, except location, it was a bit remote.

It was calm and lovely apartment and I 100% recommend it.

The spacious room includes a kitchenette and balcony with beautiful scenery. Guests can also enjoy a sauna and jacuzzi, as well as horse riding and use of bicycles. The restaurant offers a terrace with panoramic mountain views.

Our stay at Gutshof Zum Schluxen was great value for money. The room was comfortable and had stunning views of the surrounding hills. The hotel is conveniently located near Neuschwanstein castle and the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating.

As backpackers, we loved the range of facilities and activities available at Gutshof Zum Schluxen. From free bikes to explore the surrounding cycling and hiking trails to a sauna, fitness room, and game rooms, there was always something to keep us entertained. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and the option to have food and drinks on the premises was convenient and reasonably priced. The traditional chalet-style accommodation had clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The breakfast provided was delicious and the adjacent horse stables added to the overall agri-tourism experience. the location was peaceful and picturesque, offering a great escape from city life.

The room size was impressive, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. The woodwork in the room was beautiful and truly reflected the local style. everything was impeccably clean, including the bathroom. The hotel's restaurant served delicious authentic local food, which was a real treat. The bed and linens were also incredibly comfortable.

That the kitchen closed quite early at 9:30 pm, which is common in small towns but still inconvenient. there were some hilly sections on the bike route to the nearby attraction, which may not be suitable for older or less fit guests.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and they rented bikes for exploring the area. There was also a nice on-site restaurant.
